OUTDOOR PROJECTS
Some people like to have their fire pit tucked away as a destination,
others want it to be a focal point that’s visible from their home.
NewLine Paver Patio
We built a 1300 square foot patio and walkway using NewLine Chateau XL pavers in the Fieldstone color. Complimenting the patio (& a future fire pit) is a 27' curved sitting bench in NewLine Stoneledge block in the Fieldstone color finished with bullnose coping and paver caps. We finished the backyard transformation with 9 AMP pathway lights and 5 AMP under cap lights on the bench to the project. To complete this new construction, we built 95 linear feet of garden walls around both sides of the home. They are about 6" high on the level and rise to 12" high where the grade slopes. We placed black landscape fabric and top soil to prevent weed and grass growth over the years. This was definitely a full outdoor transformation.

We re-installed an existing walkway while adding a 6” solider to both sides increasing the overall width of the walkway. Five new Rosetta Irregular Steps in Ash Grey were installed for a lasting low maintenance addition. Volt, landscape lighting now illuminates the beauty of the facelifted house front and walkway for many years to come.

Complete Backyard Remodel
BEFORE
After demolition, we installed a new dimensional flagstone patio using the Rosetta product by New Line Hardscapes. Using the Rosetta Outcropping Wall System, this designed retaining wall, including irregular steps, allows for easier property maintenance. The addition of Stone Veneer to the foundation of the house compliments the patio and wall and makes the job look complete. The addition of low voltage pathway, perimeter, and cap lighting adds a nice subtle ambiance from dusk until dawn.
